Displaced Studio

Naming and logo design for Displaced Studio — a Sydney based 3D creative studio.

The name ‘Displaced’ was settled on quite unanimously, referencing both the oft-used modifier in 3D softwares, as well as the founder’s own sense of displacement having moved from his home country to start a new life in Australia.

It felt natural then, to incorporate displaced facets into the word mark — elements that could double as a visual device, whether it be a pattern or a masking feature.
